The ATLANTIC brand offers many young shoots directly from production. This producer brand's priority is to maintain the freshness of these small salads. Its packaging process is simple: freshly harvested, these small salads are directly rinsed and packaged in trays (125 g), in lids (1 kg) or in bulk. A short circuit which allows the natural freshness of the product to be preserved. Once on the plates, the young shoots seduce with their colors and flavors. In the fields: Young shoots are grown in fields under tunnels or greenhouses. They develop by following the regulations of LEAF and GLOBAL GAP certifications
